Several new franchisees attended the Stinkie University training at Aire-Master national headquarters, as our franchise system continues to grow.
Aire-Master of North Jersey
In September 2014, North Jersey franchisee Ramon Valdez suddenly passed away, leaving a void in his franchise and in the Aire-Master franchise system. Ramon’s nephew, Ricky Luna, and son, John Valdez, had been working with Ramon in service and sales.
With Ramon’s passing, Ricky and John were able to keep servicing the customers as they worked through all the details associated with Ramon’s death and estate. Ricky and John pursued the opportunity to transfer the franchise and pay Ramon’s estate so there would be funds for the family.
Ricky completed training last week and John is scheduled to attend an upcoming Stinkie University training session. They have both continued to service customers and grow the business, and they have set specific and achievable sales goals to meet in the coming months.
We are so pleased to welcome Ricky Luna and John Valdez to the Aire-Master family as franchisees. We know that Ramon would be proud.
Aire-Master of East Jersey
Karen Jarvie and her daughter, Erica Ward, were looking for an opportunity to work together. Erica owns a residential and commercial cleaning company and Karen is a realtor with Weichert Realty.
Karen’s husband worked for a restaurant that was a customer of Aire-Master of Central New Jersey. Over time, they kept asking the Aire-Master service representative questions regarding the franchise. Eventually, Karen and Erica contacted Aire-Master to see if there was a franchise opportunity in their area.
As it happened, the Jersey Shore franchisee was interested in transferring two New Jersey counties —Monmouth and Ocean — that had plenty of potential business. The deal was done, and Karen and Erica now have Aire-Master of East Jersey.
