Mark and Michelle Rule are the new franchisees for Aire-Master of Eastern Nebraska. Mark’s brother, Chuck, purchased the franchise in February 2010. Chuck also owns a custom wheel restoration business. It became difficult for Chuck to operate both businesses, so he decided to focus on the wheel venture. Chuck shared the franchise opportunity with his brother Mark.
Michelle Rule was the co-owner of a residential cleaning company and saw great potential in the repeat business Aire-Master service offers. She and Mark talked about the opportunity and decided to transfer the franchise from Chuck.
Mark works in the IT field, building firewalls for the banking system. This work requires a lot of long hours, and Mark was ready for a change. He attended Stinkie University training in August and Michelle is planning to attend the next training.
Michelle will make the first transition move to Aire-Master full-time, and Mark will follow soon. We are so excited to keep the franchise in the Rule family. We know they will be a benefit to the North Central Region as well as the entire Aire-Master system.
