Aire-Master held its annual National Franchise Conference June 13 – 15, 2012, in St. Louis, MO. The conference is a great time that we look forward to every year. We get to see old friends and make new ones, benefit from training and education, review the past fiscal year, and celebrate the accomplishments of our wonderful franchisees.
We kick things off with a golf tournament, a meet-and-greet, and a welcome rally. Then, we hold two days of presentations, workshops, and training sessions. We hear from Aire-Master management, franchisees, and vendors. We learn from each other, encourage each other, and congratulate each other for jobs well done.
A highlight of the 2012 conference was taking our entire group to see the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals play the Chicago White Sox at Busch Stadium. The Cardinals won, 5–3.
We conclude the conference with an awards banquet. Franchisees award their Employees of the Year, and one franchisee receives a special Impact Award from a fellow franchisee. Aire-Master presents the Franchisee of the Year Award for outstanding contribution to the franchise system. This year’s recipient is Paul Caccia, Aire-Master of Rhode Island. Paul introduced a teleconference interview series this year. He interviews successful Aire-Master franchisees, helping others learn new and better ways to grow their businesses. This series has greatly benefited the system, and Paul Caccia has earned recognition for developing it.
Despite the challenging economy, Aire-Master has grown, and every year, we honor the franchises that have grown their businesses the most. We have awards in four different size divisions, and an Overall Growth Award. This year’s big winners are Gary and Delores Christian, Aire-Master of North Dakota. They won First Place in Division Two and the Overall Growth Award by growing their franchise over 340% in the past fiscal year!
Congratulations to all the winners, and thanks again to all our franchisees for another excellent conference. We’ll see you all again next year in Branson!
