Back in the 1980s, Donn worked for the Aire-Master franchise in Oklahoma at that time. After a year-and-a-half of sales and service, he knew that he wanted his own Aire-Master business. In 1984, Donn and Alice moved to Wisconsin and started their franchise. They have been outstanding members of the Aire-Master community ever since.
Donn was one of the four original Aire-Master Franchise Advisory Council representatives when it was founded in 1992. Two of the Mortiers’ children have also become Aire-Master franchisees: Chad in Eastern Kansas, and Sabrina in Northern Indiana. The Mortiers provide service to the state of Wisconsin, as well as Northern Illinois.
