Steve and Maritza started their Aire-Master franchise in 2014. They serve North Broward County, Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, and Sunrise.

Maritza is an organizer of the Fundación Manos Del Sur charity that provides shelter and education to children in Nicaragua. Steve teaches Tai chi to seniors. Aire-Master of North Broward won a growth award in 2017.
